I bought this for my FinePiz Z20fd because we lost our original battery charger. This one works just as well as the original and is a great deal.

I bought this charger when I lost my charging base for my Z20fd digital camera. I thought that I was going to have to throw the camera away since I had no way to charge it anymore. First I took it to a local electronics store and the salesman said I could buy a battery charger from him for 50 dollars. Instead I came home and found the same charger on Amazon for significantly cheaper. What a lifesaver. Now when my camera dies I pop out the battery and throw it on this charger for a few hours and viola. A heck of a lot better than spending hundreds more on a new camera. The only drawback I can see from this product is minuscule: The indicator light on the top stays on all the time and is fairly annoying and wasteful to me. I just keep it unplugged when not needed.

The charger has either a ac plug or a car lighter charger attachment. The AC plug housing has a bright red light that shows you when you have power going to the unit. The unit has a light to show you when the battery is charging and when it is fully charged. These are both great features. I hate to wonder if things are working!
The part of the charger where you put the battery is a tight fit, but wont fall out if jostled. You can tell easily when you have the battery in right because the charging light wont go on until it's well seated.
Within 4 hours, my battery was fully charged, which seemed fast to me.
